Custom Production Lead Time

Each manikin is custom-manufactured to order. Please allow 45 business days for production prior to dispatch. This bespoke process ensures every model meets our medical-grade standards.

Dispatch Location

All orders are produced and dispatched from Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

Standard Shipping

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping

Express delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. Flat rate of $55 AUD.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD, Australia-wide.

Carriers & Order Tracking

Parcels are sent via Australia Post or DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Available Countries

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and select European countries. Contact us to confirm availability for your region.

International Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days from dispatch.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Return — Step by Step

1) Email info@aesthetica3d.com.au (or call +61 452 136 263) with your order number and reason for return. 2) We will issue a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days. 3) Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 4) Ship it to our returns address in Brisbane, QLD (provided with your authorisation). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Manikins that have been used for injections are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
